Ingredients

1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
3 tbsp sugar
(Add 3 tbsp cornstarch if you are using frozen blueberries.)

Directions

How to Make the Topping:
In a mixing bowl, mix the 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder and flour together.
With a pastry cutter (or fork and knife), cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse particles.
With a spoon, stir in the milk.

How to Assemble the Cobbler:
Preheat the oven to 350.
In a 13'' x 9'' baking pan, mix the blueberries with the 3 tbsp sugar.
Spread the topping over the blueberry/sugar mixture.
